We were talking with a customer the other day and had a discussion about hiring an independent vs company to clean your home. They told us they like that we run complete background checks, etc on our employees before we hire them. They liked that we had them covered under our insurances. They liked that we paid them well and paid all of the required taxes, etc. They also liked that if one of the employees was sick, we have more employees available to cover the cleaning. Warm Regards,
